Leadership Opportunities

​Additional Leadership Team responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through consistently excellent operational execution
  • Monitor labor cost and productivity during shifts
  • Monitor food cost through systems and processes
  • Practice proper cash management
  • Set goals for business growth
  • Collaborate with other members of the Leadership Team to create strategic plans and processes
  • Achieve goals agreed upon by the Leadership Team

Flexible Hours
At Chick-fil-A, we value your involvement in the community and local organizations. We will try to work with you to arrange a work schedule that is the best suited for you and Chick-fil-A.

Closed Sunday
Truett S. Cathy understood the value in having one day each week to rest and prepare for a new week. Because of this, all Chick-fil-A Restaurants are closed on Sundays for the employees to rest, spend time with family and friends, and worship if they choose.

Work Directly with a Chick-fil-A Operator
The Operator is an independent business owner, responsible for the operation of the Restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

College Scholarships
At Chick-fil-A, we believe everyone deserves an education. We offer $1,000 Leadership Scholarships to employees who qualify. We also offer an additional $1,000 S. Truett Cathy Scholarship to a limited number of qualifying team members who are chosen by an independent panel each year.

Developmental Training
Employees interested in becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator can gain valuable hands-on experience through the Leadership Development program. This extensive training program is offered in Intermediate and Advanced levels at the Chick-fil-A corporate office in Atlanta, GA.
